Impressões sobre o III ESNA

Como trabalhador no ensino privado e um dos três representantes da FITEE – Federação Interestadual dos trabalhadores em Estabelecimento de Ensino, participei do III Encontro Sindical Nossa América, que ocorreu em Caracas, Venezuela, nos dias 22 e 23 de julho de 2010. Comparando com o II ESNA, ocorrido em São Paulo no ano passado, do qual também tive o privilégio de participar, este foi muito mais representativo. Com presença de delegação de 28 países da América Latina e Caribe, contando inclusive com delegados do movimento sindical norte americano e com aproximadamente 200 companheiros venezuelanos. Conforme estimativas, estiveram presentes cerca de 500 delegados.
Objetivando a unidade dos trabalhadores da América Latina e Caribe o Encontro Sindical Nossa América tem sido uma ferramenta importante na qualificação da luta contra o neoliberalismo. E este foi o tom das discussões travadas em todos os painéis e plenárias realizadas. Na plenária final, quando foi aprovado o documento final, esteve presente o Presidente da República Bolivariana da Venezuela, o comandante Hugo Chavez.
Além de participar do III ESNA, os trabalhadores da educação, aproveitando a presença das delegações, reuniram-se com o senhor Valentin, responsável pela Secretaria de Educação da Federação Sindical Mundial (FSM) – encontro importante, intermediado pela Flatec (Federação Latina Americana de Educação e Cultura). Na reunião foi discutida a unidade e a melhor forma de organização dos trabalhadores deste ramo de atividade na América Latina e Caribe.
Durante o Seminário "Os meios de comunicação e os desafios da integração latino americana e caribenha", promovido pela FLATEC, no mesmo local, nos dias 20 e 21 de julho, foi distribuído um documento contendo a Lei Orgânica de Educação da Venezuela. Para facilitar a discussão, a qualificação e eventual pesquisa, colocamos a disposição o conteúdo desta lei, ACESSE AQUI, que traz princípios interessantes, principalmente para nós trabalhadores e trabalhadoras do setor privado.
