Concurso literário do MEC vai premiar obras voltadas para adultos recém-alfabetizados
Um concurso literário vai distribuir R$ 90 mil em prêmios para oito escritores brasileiros e um autor de país africano de língua portuguesa que desenvolverem livros voltadas para alunos da educação de jovens e adultos (EJA). O Literatura para Todos, promovido pelo Ministério da Educação (MEC) tem como objetivo incentivar a produção de obras para o público adulto recém-alfabetizado.
Cada autor terá sua obra publicada, além de receber o prêmio de R$ 10 mil. As inscrições estão abertas até 20 de julho. A obra deve ser inédita e ter de 30 a 40 páginas. Podem concorrer textos nas modalidades: conto, novela, crônica, poesia, perfil biográfico, dramaturgia e textos da tradição oral.
O ministério ressalta que não serão aceitas obras com temas religiosos, que tratem de conduta moral ou com abordagens preconceituosas. O material deve ser enviado via Correios para o MEC. O edital está disponível na internet.
Também na área de EJA, encerra-se no dia 15 de junho o prazo para envio de propostas aos editais do Ministério da Educação para a área de educação de jovens e adultos. Os projetos devem ser voltados ao fomento à leitura, produção de materiais didáticos e formação de alfabetizadores e professores para essa modalidade. Estados, municípios, instituições públicas de ensino superior e entidades sem fins lucrativos podem participar da seleção. Mais informações no site do MEC.
