Presidente Lula participa do 1º Encontro Nacional dos Estudantes do ProUni
Depois de uma série de encontros estaduais, estudantes beneficiários do programa levarão suas propostas para Brasília
O debate sobre o acesso ao ensino superior sempre foi pauta no movimento estudantil. Este ano, a discussão ganhará espaço privilegiado durante o Congresso da UNE: o 1º Encontro Nacional dos Estudantes do ProUni, marcado para os dias 16 e 17 de julho, em Brasília.
O presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva participa do encontro dia 16 no Centro de Convenções Ulisses Guimarães, localizado no eixo monumental. Será o momento em que os estudantes somarão todas as suas reivindicações, levando em consideração as especificidades do programa nos estados, em uma Carta. O documento será entregue ao presidente Lula.
O programa abriu as portas do ensino superior para mais de 600 mil pessoas desde 2005, ofertando bolsas de estudos parciais e integrais e é avaliado pela UNE como um importante instrumento para o processo de inclusão social brasileiro.
Todos podem participar do encontro. No dia 17, haverá também debates e discussões na Universidade de Brasília (UnB).
Desde 2007, a UNE vem provendo encontro estaduais com prounistas para debater as normas e pensar propostas para aperfeiçoar o programa que abriu cerca de 600 mil vagas no ensino superior privado em 4 anos, somando as bolsas integrais e parciais.
