Escolas de SP vão cumprir os 200 dias letivos apesar da prorrogação das férias
As escolas estaduais de São Paulo que adiaram em 15 dias o retorno das férias para evitar a contaminação dos alunos pelo vírus Influenza H1N1 cumprirão os 200 dias letivos previstos na Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional (LDB). A informação foi divulgada em nota nesta terça (11) pela Secretaria de Educação de São Paulo. Uma decisão do Conselho Estadual de São Paulo abria a possibilidade para que as escolas cumprissem menos dias do que os estabelecidos em lei.
De acordo com a secretaria, cada unidade deverá adequar o calendário, desde que seja cumprido o que está previsto na LDB. A nota confirma ainda o retorno às aulas nas escolas da rede na próxima segunda-feira, dia 17.
O despacho publicado no Diário Oficial do Estado de São Paulo de sábado (8) deixou a cargo das escolas a reorganização do calendário escolar. O texto dizia que os colégios paulistas – públicos ou particulares - não teriam que cumprir “contabilmente” os 200 dias letivos previstos em lei.
