MPT determina que escolas afastem gestantes da sala de aula
Em audiência realizada nesta quarta-feira, dia 19, a pedido da Federação dos Professores do Estado de São Paulo, o Ministério Público do Trabalho de São Paulo determinou que as escolas privadas de todo o Estado afastem do atendimento ao público ou de locais com aglomeração todas as gestantes e demais funcionários pertencentes a grupos de risco, como doentes crônicos ou portadores de baixa imunidade.
Caso não seja possível a transferência para áreas de baixo risco de contágio ou se esses trabalhadores sejam usuários de transporte coletivo, deverão ser afastados, em princípio, até o dia 31 de agosto.
O sindicato patronal (Sieeesp) tem 24 horas para demonstrar o cumprimento da notificação. A Fepesp e os Sinpros, por sua vez, deverão informar, também no prazo de 24 horas, o nome das escolas que não respeitarem a recomendação de afastar as professoras gestantes feita pelo Ministério Público.
