Governo vai bancar formação de quem quiser ser professor, afirma Haddad
Para impulsionar a formação de professor e estimular que jovens talentos ingressem na carreira, o governo estabeleceu uma série de medidas que vão custear a formação desses profissionais.
“Quem quiser ser professor não vai pagar a sua formação” disse o ministro da Educação, Fernando Haddad, em entrevista a emissoras de rádio durante o programa Bom Dia, Ministro, no estúdio da Empresa Brasil de Comunicação (EBC).
Segundo Haddad, o jovem interessado pode procurar o curso de uma universidade pública ou de uma instituição particular com financiamento.
Projeto de lei enviado pelo Ministério da Educação ao Congresso Nacional prevê que estudantes de pedagogia possam pagar com trabalho o empréstimo obtido por meio do Programa de Financiamento Estudantil (Fies).
“Se ele for atuar em escola pública não terá que retornar ao fundo o que recebeu para pagar sua mensalidade. Se o jovem tiver boa nota no Enem [Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio] e quiser trabalhar na rede pública, não terá que pagar por isso”, explicou.
A ideia é que o estudante possa financiar 100% dos custos com atividade profissional. Para cada mês de trabalho, 1% da dívida consolidada será abatido.
A medida também será estendida aos estudantes de medicina. Após a formatura, o profissional terá que trabalhar no Programa Saúde da Família (PSF) em regiões onde há carência de médicos.
