MEC: transferidos R$ 514 milhões a estados e municípios
Recursos de R$ 514,9 milhões, do Programa Nacional de Alimentação Escolar (Pnae) e do Fundo de Manutenção e Desenvolvimento da Educação Básica e de Valorização dos Profissionais da Educação (Fundeb), foram liberados na terça-feira, dia 1º, e estão à disposição de estados e municípios.
Desse total, R$ 283,1 milhões, referentes à parcela de agosto do Fundeb, foram destinados pelo Fundo Nacional de Desenvolvimento da Educação (FNDE) a estados e municípios que não arrecadam o suficiente para garantir o valor mínimo por aluno ao ano estabelecido na legislação.
Transferências do Fundeb
Para a alimentação escolar, foram transferidos R$ 125,1 milhões aos municípios e R$ 72,7 milhões aos estados em dia com o programa. As secretarias estaduais de educação do Ceará, de Mato Grosso do Sul e do Rio Grande do Sul deixaram de ser contempladas porque os estados não definiram os integrantes dos conselhos de alimentação escolar (CAE).
Foram liberados, ainda, recursos totais de R$ 32 milhões, do Programa Nacional de Apoio ao Transporte Escolar (Pnate), para os estados do Acre, Amapá, Ceará, Espírito Santo, Mato Grosso do Sul, Piauí e Rio de Janeiro. Mais R$ 1,8 milhão foram transferidos aos conselhos escolares de escolas cadastradas no Programa Dinheiro Direto na Escola (PDDE) que abrem as portas à comunidade nos fins de semana.
Outras transferências — Também na terça-feira, 1º, foram repassados R$ 27,6 milhões do PDDE — R$ 6,8 milhões à educação integral; R$ 1,5 milhão a municípios que tenham escolas com menos de 50 alunos cadastradas no PDDE e sem conselho escolar ou similar; R$ 19,2 milhões ao programa PDE Escola.
Na quarta-feira, dia 2, o FNDE transferiu R$ 8,4 milhões ao Programa Nacional de Inclusão de Jovens (Projovem) da Secretaria Nacional da Juventude da Presidência da República e R$ 5,6 milhões para o PDDE (educação básica).
