Formação de professores terá cursos com bolsas de R$ 1,2 mil
Coordenadores de projetos de pesquisa, coordenadores de cursos e professores pesquisadores que vão trabalhar nos cursos presenciais especiais de formação de professores receberão bolsa mensal de R$ 1.200,00. Os cursos de que trata a Resolução nº 48/2009, publicada nesta terça-feira, 8, no Diário Oficial da União, fazem parte do Plano Nacional de Formação de Professores da Educação Básica.
Além de fixar os valores das bolsas, a resolução estabelece a formação mínima, a vinculação a programa de pesquisa e experiência profissional na área, conforme estabelece a Lei nº 11.273/2006. A tarefa de selecionar e indicar os coordenadores e pesquisadores será das instituições de ensino superior integrantes do Plano Nacional de Formação de Professores.
As bolsas serão concedidas pelo Ministério da Educação através da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (Capes) e pagas pelo Fundo Nacional de Desenvolvimento da Educação (FNDE), em conta benefício aberta no Banco do Brasil. As atribuições das universidades, da Capes e do FNDE e as exigências aos bolsistas estão descritas na Resolução nº 48/2009.
Formação de professores – O Plano Nacional de Formação de Professores, criado pelo Decreto nº 6.755/2009, já está em execução. As primeiras 57.828 vagas para cursos de licenciatura específicos para professores em exercício do magistério foram abertas em julho deste ano. As vagas são oferecidas por instituições públicas de ensino superior de 21 estados. Concorreram às vagas, 97.557 professores.
