Termina nesta sexta (18) o prazo para apresentação de emendas aos projetos que tratam da exploração de petróleo na camada pré-sal. As matérias em tramitação na Câmara receberam até agora 742 emendas.

O que trata do marco legal e da exploração em regime de partilha (PL 5938/09) recebeu 318 emendas, o que cria o Fundo Social (PL 5940/09) – que vai destinar recursos da exploração do pré-sal para programas nas áreas de educação, combate à pobreza, ciência e tecnologia, cultura e meio ambiente – teve 258.

A proposta que cria a Petro-sal (PL 5030/09), empresa 100% estatal que vai gerenciar a exploração e produção de petróleo e gás natural, recebeu 94 emendas e o que trata da capitalização da empresa recebeu 72.

A partir da próxima semana, as comissões se reúnem para eleger os representantes e começar os trabalhos. A intenção é iniciar a votação das matérias no plenário no dia 10 de novembro.
