Estudantes de licenciatura e docentes concorrem a bolsas
A Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (Capes) lança nesta sexta-feira, 25, a segunda edição do Programa Institucional de Bolsa de Iniciação à Docência (Pibid). Este ano, serão oferecidas mais de 20 mil bolsas, que atenderão estudantes, professores de escolas públicas e docentes de instituições de ensino superior. As inscrições podem ser feitas até 9 de novembro.
O programa pretende valorizar o magistério e elevar o padrão de qualidade da educação básica. São previstas quatro modalidades de concessão: bolsistas de iniciação à docência, para estudantes dos cursos de licenciatura plena (R$ 350); bolsistas de supervisão, para professores das escolas públicas estaduais ou municipais (R$ 600); bolsistas coordenadores institucionais de projeto, e coordenadores de área de conhecimento, para docentes das instituições federais e estaduais (R$ 1,2 mil).
Podem apresentar propostas as instituições públicas de educação superior, federais e estaduais, que possuam cursos de licenciatura plena e participem de programas estratégicos do MEC, tais como o Exame Nacional de Desempenho dos Estudantes (Enade) e Expansão das Universidades Federais (Reuni), e os de valorização do magistério, voltados para a formação de professores.
Entre as licenciaturas atendidas constam diversas áreas do conhecimento e níveis de ensino, como física, química, matemática, filosofia, sociologia, música, língua estrangeira, pedagogia e interculturais (para professores indígenas).
