A Câmara dos Deputados aprovou nesta quarta (21) projeto de lei da deputada Ângela Amin (PP-SC), apensado a uma proposta do Executivo que estava com urgência constitucional. O projeto exige formação de nível superior para professores da educação infantil (creche e pré-escola) e para as quatro séries iniciais do ensino fundamental.

O projeto, que segue à apreciação do Senado em regime de urgência constitucional, permite a contratação de professores com nível médio para a educação infantil e para as quatro primeiras séries do ensino fundamental apenas nos locais onde comprovadamente não houver profissionais com formação de nível superior.

Em outra votação, os deputados aprovaram a Medida Provisória 468, que transfere para a Caixa Econômica Federal (CEF) todos os depósitos judiciais e extrajudiciais de tributos federais em outros bancos. O texto estabelece também que a CEF deverá repassar, no prazo de 180 dias, os valores dos depósitos à conta única do Tesouro Nacional.

A MP estabelece ainda que os depósitos relativos a ações contra fundos públicos, autarquias e fundações públicas e outras entidades federais devem ser transferidos para a CEF, que fará a transferência deles para o Tesouro Nacional.  A medida segue, agora, à apreciação do Senado Federal.

O relator da matéria, deputado Marçal Filho (PMDB-MS), informou que, atualmente, há em torno de 400 mil depósitos em diferentes bancos, que, com as regras da MP, deverão ser transferidos ao Tesouro Nacional.
