UNE faz ato contra expulsão da estudante da UNIBAN
Entidade convoca todos (as) estudantes de São Paulo a se manifestarem contra decisão da instituição nesta segunda.
A União Nacional dos Estudantes (UNE) fará ato político nesta segunda-feira, dia 9 de novembro, a partir das 18h, em frente à Uniban de São Bernardo, em conjunto com movimentos sociais e sindicais, para repudiar a expulsão da estudante da Uniban, do curso de Turismo, Geisy Arruda, vítima de violência sexista no dia 22 de outubro passado.
O desligamento da aluna foi anunciado no último domingo em diversos veículos de comunicação. A entidade estudantil convida a todos e todas estudantes a se juntarem à manifestação e a aderirem a um abaixo-assinado contra a expulsão.
“Chamamos a atenção das universidades para o fato e que alguma aceite a matrícula dela oferecendo, inclusive, uma bolsa de estudos a ela”, afirma Augusto Chagas, presidente da UNE, que estará presente no ato.
