Professores do ensino médio concluem curso de formação
Cerca de mil profissionais da educação concluíram esta semana o curso de formação continuada para professores do ensino médio. Estiveram reunidos no Rio de Janeiro educadores de 345 escolas de 17 estados e do Distrito Federal que no ano passado aderiram ao programa Ensino Médio Inovador. Nas últimas três semanas, eles assistiram a palestras, aprenderam práticas pedagógicas em oficinas e conheceram experiências desenvolvidas nos estados.
Para Daiana Grube, assistente técnico-pedagógica da Escola de Educação Básica Irmã Maria Teresa, de Palhoça, Santa Catarina, a oportunidade de assistir a uma palestra do filósofo francês Edgar Morin foi especial. “Agora, tenho novos conceitos para aplicar na escola”, afirma. Morin falou sobre os desafios educacionais do século 21.
De acordo com Oraide Pedraça Leal, diretora do Colégio Estadual Pedro Aguirre, de Manicoré, Amazonas, conhecer diferentes propostas pedagógicas, que resultam na diminuição da repetência e da evasão escolar, foi fundamental para a elaboração do projeto da escola. “A troca de experiências mudou minha visão. Agora, sei o que fazer e como se faz”, garante. Segundo ela, projetos relacionados à arte, cultura, esporte e ao incentivo da leitura serão implantados na escola.
O programa Ensino Médio Inovador oferece apoio técnico e financeiro a redes estaduais de ensino para o desenvolvimento de ações de melhoria da qualidade do ensino público. Combinar formação geral, científica, tecnológica e cultural com a prática e estimular a inovação dos currículos estão entre os objetivos do programa.
