Diretor do MEC rebate análises da presidente do Consed em relação ao Enem
O diretor de Concepção e Orientação da Secretaria de Educação Básica do Ministério da Educação, Carlos Artexes Simões, rebateu análises da professora e presidente do Conselho Nacional da Secretaria de Educação (Consed), Yvelise de Freitas, em relação ao Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio (Enem).
Em entrevista hoje (18) ao programa Revista Brasil, da Rádio Nacional, Yvelise disse que o ministério precisaria organizar as estruturas do ensino médio e adequar o perfil do exame. Ela criticou as políticas públicas em nível nacional e apontou falhas do MEC nesse contexto.
Simões, em entrevista à Agência Brasil, contestou as observações da professora. Segundo ele, nos últimos anos, o Brasil tem mudado o perfil dos estudantes brasileiros, principalmente do ensino médio, que teve um crescimento considerável por conta do próprio avanço na base curricular do país.
Ele disse, ainda, que, desde 2009, uma comissão de governança cuida das diretrizes que regem o exame, respeitando as matrizes curriculares de cada estado. “Cada estado, além da regulamentação referida pelo MEC, possui uma regulamentação própria baseada na sua cultura e no seu contexto estadual. No entanto, as questões do Enem não são baseadas nas particularidades, mas em conteúdos específicos aprendidos ao longo de todo o ensino médio.”
O diretor esclareceu que o ministério nos últimos anos vem trabalhando para a evolução da educação básica no país. “Não podemos confundir a questão da base curricular escolar com o Enem, apesar deles estarem relacionados”, disse Simões.
