Com direito a mergulho no espelho d’água da Esplanada dos Ministérios, mais um grande ato em Brasília marca a Jornada de Lutas 2010. Cerca de 6 mil estudantes reivindicaram aos parlamentares 50% dos recursos do fundo do pré-sal para a Educação.

Em mais um ato vitorioso da Jornada de Lutas do Movimento Estudantil, promovido pela UNE, UBES e ANPG na manhã desta quarta-feira, 24, em Brasília, cerca de 6 mil estudantes movimentaram a Esplanada dos Ministérios. O presidente do Senado, José Sarney, e o da Câmara, Michel Temer, foram surpreendidos pela manifestação no momento em que recepcionavam os reis da Suécia, Carlos Gustavo XVI e Sílvia Renate.

A bandeira que mobiliza o movimento estudantil atualmente é a aplicação de 50% dos recursos do fundo do Pré-sal em Educação. “A Jornada de Lutas acontece no melhor momento, quando as discussões sobre o pré-sal estão no Senado. Conseguimos chamar a atenção dos parlamentares para a causa e protocolar a nossa Cartilha, que justifica o pleito”, declarou Augusto Chagas, presidente da UNE. O documento foi protocolado, de modo que todos os parlamentares tomem conhecimento da opinião do ME. “Esse debate não pode ficar apenas nos corredores das Casas”, concluiu Chagas”. Ele observa que o objetivo é que a população conheça o projeto e também dialogue sobre o tema.
Durante a manifestação, alguns secundaristas se atiraram no espelho d’água em frente à esplanada, outros portavam cartazes com dizeres “O pré-sal é nosso”, e entoavam gritos de ordem contra o ex-governador do DF, José Roberto Arruda.
