Os estudantes que obtiveram, em 2007 e 2008, as melhores notas no Exame Nacional de Desempenho dos Estudantes (Enade) podem ter bolsas de estudos em cursos de pós-graduação stricto sensu. Segundo a Portaria Normativa nº 9, publicada nesta terça-feira, 27, no Diário Oficial da União, os estudantes devem participar de processo seletivo em instituições de educação superior. Eles têm prazo de um ano para ingressar em programas de pós-graduação oferecidos por essas instituições e reconhecidos pela Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (Capes).

Após aprovados no processo seletivo, os candidatos às bolsas terão de apresentar cópia do boletim de desempenho do estudante, emitido pelo Instituto Nacional de Estudos e Pesquisas Educacionais (Inep). As instituições responsáveis pelos cursos encaminharão o pedido de bolsas ao Inep e à Capes, órgão do Ministério da Educação responsável pela avaliação dos cursos no Brasil e pelas concessões de bolsas de estudos.

As disposições da portaria abrangem também estudantes já matriculados em cursos de pós-graduação. As bolsas terão duração máxima de 24 meses para os cursos de mestrado e de 48 meses para os de doutorado.
