Sesi vai realizar curso de alfabetização no local de trabalho
Quem estuda, cresce. Esse é o slogan da campanha encabeçada pelo Sesi Educação com o intuito de incentivar a formação dos trabalhadores da indústria. Para isso, a instituição que já oferecia cursos de alfabetização, ensino fundamental e médio, e educação continuada, está com a proposta de oferecer tudo isso nas próprias empresas que solicitarem. Assim, os trabalhadores não precisarão ir ao Sesi assistir às aulas.
“Sabemos como é difícil a jornada do trabalhador da indústria e que nem todos conseguem sair com disposição da empresa e ir ao nosso Centro de Educação para estudar. Para as mulheres, que além de trabalharem fora são donas de casa também, creio que seja ainda mais difícil. Por isso, vamos montar salas de aula e oferecer monitores para as empresas que desejarem receber nossos serviços”, disse o superintendente do Sesi, José Carlos de Oliveira Filho.
Os cursos são gratuitos e deverão ser ministrados à noite, após o expediente das empresas. Na manhã de quinta-feira (2), o superintendente lançou oficialmente a Campanha de Mobilização da Indústria, no Parque Industrial, no Segundo Distrito, com a presença de centenas de trabalhadores.
Nas ruas, a campanha já está bastante massificada, com outdoors e busdoors.
Para o superintendente do Sesi a elevação da escolaridade é uma necessidade grande do Estado, uma vez que as pesquisas apontam um índice de analfabetismo de 10%. “E não é esse dado que queremos manter. Queremos ver o trabalhador estudando e crescendo profissionalmente”, destaca.
O auxiliar de laboratório industrial da empresa ITS, André Araújo, aprovou a iniciativa do Sesi de disponibilizar material e profissional para dar aulas nas empresas.
“Eu já freqüento o pré-vestibular do Sesi, mesmo com a dificuldade de me deslocar para lá porque sonho em passar no vestibular de Engenharia Elétrica para crescer dentro da empresa”, completou.
