Certificação do trabalhador sem diploma já tem mais de 2.000 inscritos
O Programa Certific, que certificará trabalhadores que há muito tempo desempenham uma função mas, não têm diploma que comprove sua formação, recebeu até nesta quinta-feira (2) 2.643 inscrições. As informações são do Ministério da Educação.
O Certific é uma parceria dos Ministérios da Educação e do Trabalho e Emprego. Inicialmente, serão reconhecidos profissionais das áreas de música, pesca e aquicultura, turismo e hospitalidade, construção civil e eletroeletrônica. Tanto as inscrições quanto a própria certificação e emissão de diplomas são gratuitas. As inscrições começaram no dia 16 de agosto e vão até 10 de setembro.
Os interessados devem procurar o Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia mais próximo de sua residência. São 37 campi em 13 estados mais o Distrito Federal que oferecerão o Certific neste semestre.
“O programa apresenta dois benefícios imediatos: a ampliação da possibilidade de acesso ao mercado de trabalho e a elevação da taxa de escolaridade da população adulta”, disse Eliezer Pacheco, secretário de Educação Profissional e Tecnológica do Ministério da Educação.
Método
O trabalhador será avaliado por uma equipe multidisciplinar composta por assistente social, pedagogo e especialistas da área.
Depois da entrevista, há duas possibilidades. Se for constatada a excelência do trabalhador, ele recebe um certificado do instituto federal comprovando sua qualificação. Caso sejam constatadas falhas técnicas, o próprio instituto federal se encarrega de oferecer a formação ao trabalhador.
Se for constatado déficit escolar, o trabalhador é encaminhado para uma escola de educação básica, para posteriormente receber o certificado. Mais informações podem ser obtidas pelo telefone 0800-616161.
