CNTE convoca afiliadas para atividades em defesa do Piso
A luta em defesa da constitucionalidade da Lei do Piso Salarial Profissional Nacional está cada vez mais forte. O apoio vem de todo o país e já passa de 300 o número de parlamentares que integram a Frente Nacional em Defesa do Piso a ser lançada nesta quarta-feira (19/11), na Comissão de Educação e Cultura da Câmara dos Deputados.
O ministro Joaquim Barbosa, relator da Ação Direta de Inconstitucionalidade sobre o Piso Salarial dos educadores no Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) já está com os pareceres da Advocacia Geral da União e da Procuradoria Geral da República que consideram constitucional a Lei 11.738/08.
Nesta segunda-feira a CNTE vai protocolar no Supremo uma Amicus Curiae e na quarta-feira, o ministro Joaquim Barbosa deve colocar em pauta o julgamento da cautelar pedida pelos governadores do Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, Paraná, Ceará e Roraima na ADI 4167. A expectativa é que as posições da AGU e da PGR, assim como do Congresso, influenciarão em muito a decisão.
A hora é de união e devemos estar vigilantes. Várias mobilizações estão programadas para os próximos dias. Nesta terça-feira (18), haverá manifestações em frente às sedes do PSDB, PSB e PMDB em todo o país. Na quarta, o Congresso Nacional lançará a Frente Parlamentar em Defesa do Piso Salarial Nacional do Magistério, às 10h, no plenário 10 da Câmara dos Deputados e neste mesmo dia as entidades signatárias da Nota Pública "Educação é Prioridade, Sempre" farão um arrastão no Congresso para entregar a carta da sociedade a todos os congressistas.
É importante que todos participem dessas atividades, incluindo o julgamento da ADI 4167 no plenário do STF e da 5ª marcha organizada pela CUT, no dia 3 de dezembro, que também vai defender o piso.
