ProUni: mais de 95 mil bolsas integrais
O Programa Universidade para Todos (ProUni) oferece este ano 95.694 bolsas de estudos integrais para que estudantes de baixa renda possam fazer um curso superior sem custo algum. Outras 60.722 bolsas são parciais, com 50% do valor da mensalidade custeado. As inscrições devem ser feitas pela internet até 12 de dezembro, às 21h, no horário de Brasília.
Para concorrer às bolsas, o estudante deve ter feito o Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio (Enem) em 2008 e obtido média de no mínimo 45 pontos entre as notas da prova objetiva e de redação. Segundo a coordenadora-geral de projetos especiais para a graduação da Secretaria de Educação Superior (Sesu), Paula Branco Melo, o estudante pode consultar a nota de corte (nota mínima) do curso durante todo o período de inscrição e tem a opção de mudar de curso, de instituição ou de turno quantas vezes for necessário.
Ao monitorar a nota dos concorrentes, o estudante pode escolher a melhor opção de curso, instituição e turno para disputar a bolsa.Nomomento da inscrição, o candidato precisa ter os números do Enem de 2008 e do CPF (Cadastro da Pessoa Física). Precisa também atender outros critérios. Entre eles, ter cursado todo o ensino médio em escola pública ou, na condição de bolsista integral, em escola particular.
Para concorrer às mais de 95 mil bolsas integrais do ProUni, o estudante precisa comprovar renda familiar, por pessoa, de até um salário mínimo e meio (R$ 622,15). Para as 60.722 bolsas parciais, a renda familiar por pessoa deve ser de até três salários mínimos (R$ 1.245).
Nos primeiros quatro dias, de 24 a 27 deste mês, o programa recebeu 185 mil inscrições. A página (http://prouni-inscricao.mec.gov.br/inscricao/inicio/) eletrônica do ProUni traz a ficha de inscrição e informações detalhadas sobre critérios, renda, vagas por estado e por instituição, cursos, turnos e tipos de bolsas.
