As assembleias dos professores de ensino superior realizadas nos dias 28 e 29 em sete sindicatos aprovaram a assinatura de Convenção Coletiva com o SEMESP, sindicato patronal.

O reajuste é de 5,5%, mas virá escalonado: 4% entre março e agosto, 5% entre setembro e dezembro e 5,5% a partir de janeiro. Todos os percentuais devem ser calculados sobre março de 2009. Em agosto, será pago um abono de 5%.

A Convenção terá vigência de um ano. Todos os direitos sociais foram mantidos, entre eles a garantia semestral de salários, bolsas de estudo e plano de saúde. 

Não houve mudança na bolsa de estudo como queriam os patrões.

O acordo possível
O reajuste de 5,5% (5,18% de inflação e 0,32% de aumento real) garante uma base maior para a próxima data base. O abono de 5% aumenta a massa salarial.

A fórmula foi um meio termo entre o que defendiam a FEPESP e os SINPROs e o que o sindicato patronal oferecia. Foi a proposta possível depois de quase cinco meses de negociações muito difíceis e a um mês do encerramento do semestre letivo.

A solução para o impasse só foi concretizada na última reunião, dia 24/05. Até então, o SEMESP, sindicato patronal, insistia em 4%, acrescidos de 1,18% em fevereiro de 2011, o que totalizaria 5,18%.
