Na manhã desta terça-feira, 1º de junho, o Sindicato dos Professores do Ensino Privado do RS - Sinpro/RS e o Sindicreches (sindicato que representa as escolas de Ed. Infantil do RS) realizaram a primeira reunião de negociação coletiva 2010. O Sinpro/RS reivindica reajuste de 5,49% (INPC) para o piso dos professores (que hoje está em R$ 6,43 a hora-aula) e um reajuste maior para as escolas que ainda não cumprem o piso. A negociação contempla os professores trabalham em escolas privadas que atuam exclusivamente com Educação Infantil (0 a 6 anos).

Na reunião de hoje, o Sindicreches apresentou uma contraproposta que, na avaliação do Sinpro/RS, está muito aquém da pauta original apresentada pelo Sindicato e elaborada junto aos professores. “O Sindicato patronal está resistente ao reajuste maior para quem não cumpre o piso, bem como às demais cláusulas tratadas na reunião”, afirma Celso Stefanoski, Diretor do Sinpro/RS. Os itens da pauta abordados hoje foram: definição de um período entre 3 de janeiro e 21 de fevereiro de 2011 para gozo dos 30 dias de férias; inclusão de 15 minutos intervalo para descanso na carga horária do professor; recesso na ultima semana de julho e a elaboração de políticas de prevenção à saúde e condições de trabalho.

Nova reunio - Uma nova reunio est agendada para dia 9 de junho (quarta-feira), as 14h, na Fecomércio, em Porto Alegre.
