Foi realizada em 16 de junho a sexta rodada de nogociação com os representantes das mantenedoras das entidades do Ensino Superior. Mais uma vez as negociações pouco avançaram. Praticamente ficaram na estaca zero.

Das propostas apresentadas na nossa pauta de reivindicação, principalmente as que dizem respeito a questões econômicas como ganho real de salários, abono salarial, aumento do Piso Salarial, remuneração de trabalho extraclasse, gratificação de titularidade, todas receberam resposta negativa por parte dos patrões.

Em relação as cláusulas sociais, a situação não foi diferente. As mantenedoras não aceitam, se quer, discutir aumentar  a estabilidade provisória para as gestantes para mais 60 dias após a permitida pela Constituição Federal; 100% de bolsa de estudo para os professores; estabelecimento de número mínimo de alunos por turma; estabilidade provisória de no período de 1º de fevereiro à 30 de novembro e discutir uma forma de regulamentação do Ensino a Distância.

A diretoria, em conjunto com a Comissão de Negociação, deixou claro para os empregadores que a categoria está disposta a insistir no avanço das negociações e receber uma proposta que possa, minimanete, ser aceita.

A próxima rodada será marcada na próxima semana, quando esperamos desemperrar as negociações e assinar a Convenção Coletiva de Trabalho de 2010/2011.
