No último dia 31 de maio, a Justiça decidiu que os ex-diretores do Sinpro-Campos devem entregar imediatamente a chave do sindicato aos diretores eleitos para o triênio 2010-2012. A sentença se refere a uma ação que o sindicato ingressou na Justiça do Trabalho contra o presidente eleito, professor Fábio Siqueira, e o professor Jonathan Abrão, também diretor eleito, na tentativa de evitar a posse. As mesmas acusações infundadas já haviam sido indeferidas pela Comissão Eleitoral. Entre elas, está a de que os acusados estariam em dívida com a contribuição social ao sindicato. No entanto, recibos e contracheques comprovaram o contrário. O juiz Cláudio Freitas, da 3ª Vara do Trabalho da Comarca de Campos, decidiu que a abertura do sindicato deve ser feita por chaveiro especializado, com o acompanhamento de Oficiais de Justiça e, se necessário, força policial. No momento, os diretores eleitos aguardam o cumprimento da sentença. A antiga direção já foi citada na última quarta-feira (9), mas ainda não se manifestou no sentido do cumprimento. Para Siqueira, a situação é absurda. Esta postura é antidemocrática e sem o menor respeito pela categoria. Além de ser irresponsável por estar desobedecendo a justiça, afirma.
