Pela primeira vez foi firmado Termo de Compromisso de Ajuste de Conduta (TAC) por meio do qual o Ministério Público do Trabalho (MPT) reconhece direito do desconto da contribuição assistencial de associados e de não associados, em razão de assinatura de convenção coletiva.

No dia 23 de junho, o advogado Hélio Stefani Gherardi, membro do corpo técnico do DIAP, assessor do Sindicato dos Trabalhadores em Telecomunicações e Operadoras de Mesas Telefônicas do estado de Roraima (Sinttel/RR) em audiência realizada no Ministério Público do Trabalho, convocada pelo procurador Gilberto Souza dos Santos, no processo IC 000128.2009.11.001/0-102, firma Termo de Compromisso de Ajuste de Conduta (TAC), em que Ministério Público do Trabalho (MPT) reconhece o direito à cobrança da taxa assistencial.

Está foi a primeira vez foi firmado um TAC por meio do qual o MPT reconhece o direito do desconto da contribuição assistencial de associados e de não associados, em razão da assinatura da convenção coletiva de trabalho.

Trata-se, segundo Gherardi, de um reconhecimento histórico, sendo a entidade sindical representativa da categoria de telecomunicações a primeira no Brasil a obter o aval no MPT em relação à cobrança da contribuição de não associados.
Em relação às entidades de educação, em outubro de 2008, o SAAEMG também assinou um TAC, que prevê o direito de oposição, a ser  exercido a qualquer tempo.
