Duas chapas disputam nas eleições 2010 do Sinpro/RS, que definirão a direção que ficará a frente do Sindicato no triênio 2010/2013: a Chapa 1 e a Chapa 2. A votação será de 24 a 26 de agosto, com 281 urnas fixas e volantes. As eleições do Sinpro/RS são orientadas pelo seu Estatuto.

Comissão Eleitoral

O processo eleitoral 2010 do Sinpro/RS iniciou no dia 22 de maio com a eleição da Comissão Eleitoral: os professores Rômulo José Escouto, Antonieta Beatriz Mariante, Ana Lúcia Tomazi, Marcia Menegotto e Clair Luz Zaffari. A comissão conta ainda com um representante por chapa e um da direção colegiada do Sinpro/RS.

Eleitores

Estão aptos a votar os professores associados ao Sinpro/RS há mais de três meses, com as mensalidades quitadas até 30 dias antes das eleições. É assegurado o direito de voto ao aposentado. Esta será a maior eleição do Sindicato em número de eleitores: 17.605 professores.

Apoio às Chapas

Em assembleia geral, do dia 22 de maio, os professores aprovaram o apoio financeiro do Sinpro/RS às chapas no valor de R$ 25 mil (rateado entre as duas chapas) e autorizou o uso dos veículos de comunicação do Sinpro/RS (postagem, sistema de newsletter, jornal Extra Classe e o site para a divulgação das propostas das chapas concorrentes.
