TV CONTEE - Programa 2: Assista reportagem referente a essa matéria

Com a participação de 150 pessoas,entre delegados e observadores, foi realizado em Valinhos, entre os dias 20 e 22 de agosto, o 7º Congresso da FEPESP.

Os delegados elegeram a nova diretoria da FEPESP e definiram as diretrizes de trabalho para a gestão 2010/2013.

Entre as principais deliberações, o Congresso aprovou a expansão da Federação, que passará a ser integrada também por sindicatos que representam simultaneamente professores e auxiliares de administração escolar.

Essa mudança sinaliza um avanço no movimento sindical para ampliar e fortalecer a luta política dos trabalhadores em educação na rede privada no Estado.

Celso Napolitano, professor da Fundação Getúlio Vargas/SP e diretor do SINPRO-SP, foi mantido na presidência da entidade. Para ele, "o rápido processo de mudança do setor educacional privado exigem uma ação unitária e o fortalecimento do conjunto dos trabalhadores por ramo de atividade"

Além das delegações dos quinze sindicatos que integram a FEPESP, o Congresso também contou com a participação de outras seis entidades observadoras: Sindicato dos Trabalhadores em Estabelecimento de Ensino e Educação de Franca; Sindicato dos Professores e Auxiliares de Administração Escolar de Ribeirão Preto; Sindicato dos Trabalhadores em Estabelecimentos de Ensino de Presidente Prudente; Sindicato dos Trabalhadores em Estabelecimento de Ensino e Educação de Leme, Pirassununga, Porto Ferreira e Descalvado (SINPRO UNICIDADES), Sindicato dos Professores de São José dos Campos e Sindicato dos Auxiliares em Administração Escolar do Vale do Paraíba.

A cerimônia de abertura contou a presença de Marcelo Fiorio, secretário de Organização Sindical da CUT/SP, central a qual a FEPESP é filiada, e de outras duas centrais sindicais: a CSP/CONLUTAS e a CTB/SP.
