A direção do Sindicato dos Professores do Ensino Privado do Rio Grande do Sul (Sinpro/RS) encaminhará à direção do Sinepe/RS uma Pauta Preliminar das Reivindicações 2011. A decisão foi tomada neste sábado, em reunião da Direção Colegiada Estadual, em Porto Alegre.

A proposta do Sinpro/RS é sintonizar as negociações coletivas dos professores com a dinâmica de planejamento das instituições de ensino para o próximo ano. “É neste período que as escolas e as universidades estão elaborando suas planilhas de custo para a definição das anuidades 2011”, observa Marcos Fuhr, diretor do Sinpro/RS. A data-base dos professores do ensino privado é 1º de março.

Integram a Pauta Preliminar de Reivindicações:

- reajuste salarial com aumento real;
- aumento real de 10% nos pisos salariais de todos os níveis;
- limitação do número de alunos por turma (presencial e a distância);
- calendário escolar 2011 com a indisponibilidade do professor nas duas últimas semanas de julho;
- destinação de 30% da carga horária para atividades extraclasse;
- contratação de professores para as atividades extracurriculares.

No próximo mês, os professores definirão, em assembleia regionais em todo o Estado, a Pauta Completa de Reivindicações para 2011. Estão no centro das discussões, além do aumento real de salários, a preservação da saúde dos professores e a regulamentação do trabalho docente na Educação a Distância.

O Sinpro/RS representa mais de 30 mil professores do ensino privado no Estado, de todos os níveis e modalidades de ensino.
