Os professores das escolas da rede privada de Educação Básica devem estar atentos e conferir se receberão até o dia 15 de outubro, a parcela correspondente à Participação nos Lucros e Resultados (PLR) ou Abono Especial, e que equivale a 21% do seu salário mensal bruto.

O benefício é garantido pela Convenção Coletiva de Trabalho 2010/2011, aprovada pelos professores durante a campanha salarial deste ano.

Só tem direito a PLR ou ao Abono o professor de educação básica que recebeu em março deste ano, o índice de 5,5% de reajuste salarial, além daqueles que ganham o piso. O pagamento é devido a todos que estiverem no exercício da função no mês de pagamento, de licença gestante, licença médica inferior a seis meses e de licença remunerada.

Veja o que diz a Convenção Coletiva de 2010: Cláusula 5ª. Participação nos Lucros ou Resultados ou abono especial - Será devido aos professores o pagamento de participação nos lucros ou resultados (escolas não-enquadradas no inciso 2 do parágrafo 3º, artigo 2º da Lei 10.101, de 19 de dezembro de 2000) ou abono especial (escolas enquadradas no inciso 2 do parágrafo 3º, artigo 2º da Lei 10.101, de 19 de dezembro de 2000), no valor e prazo abaixo definido: a). até 15 de outubro de 2010, parcela correspondente a 21% (vinte e um por cento) do seu salário mensal bruto.

Atrasos

O professor que estiver dentro dos critérios para recebimento da PLR ou do abono especial deve procurar o Sinpro, caso sua escola não pague o benefício no prazo determinado, ou seja, até 15 de outubro.
