Dieese cria rede de apoio à negociação coletiva
Com o objetivo de produzir e difundir conhecimento sobre negociação coletiva e subsidiar as direções sindicais e os trabalhadores nesses processos, o Dieese criou a Rede de Apoio à Negociação (RAN). Acessível pela internet, a Rede está disponível às entidades sindicais associadas ao Dieese e possibilita conhecer em tempo real as negociações praticadas, os principais temas tratados e os resultados alcançados.
Essas informações são registradas por técnicos do Dieese e dirigentes sindicais a cada atividade realizada durante o processo de negociação de diversas categorias profissionais, quais sejam, rodadas de negociação, elaboração da pauta de reivindicações, preparação da mesa, reuniões internas, assembléias e fechamento do Acordo Coletivo de Trabalho ou Convenção Coletiva de Trabalho, entre outras. O Boletim RAN, que sistematiza algumas dessas informações, e que ocupava uma coluna do “Notícias Dieese”, agora ganha um espaço próprio e será encaminhado aos sócios trimestralmente através de mala direta.
Nos meses de julho, agosto e setembro, foram inseridos na RAN 73 registros referentes a 47 unidades de negociação. Destas, 23 foram finalizadas e 24 ainda estão em andamento. Por unidade de negociação, entende-se cada núcleo de negociação coletiva entre representantes de trabalhadores e de empregadores, que pretende resultar em documento(s) formalizado(s) entre as partes para regulamentação das condições de remuneração e de trabalho.
Os reajustes salariais alcançados no período variaram entre 6,13% e 11,00%. Considerando o INPC-IBGE, das vinte e três negociações analisadas, vinte conseguiram aumentos reais que variaram de 0,41% a 6,13%. Entre elas, cinco categorias conseguiram ganhos reais de 0,1% a 1,0%, oito entre 1,01% e 2,0% e sete acima de 2,0%. Pelo ICV-Dieese todas as categorias obtiveram aumento acima da inflação.
Das vinte e três negociações concluídas, nove categorias negociaram o piso salarial e conquistaram reajustes que variaram de 7,71% a 19,90%. Tomando o INPC-IBGE como deflator, oito pisos obtiveram ganhos reais de 1,0% a 2,0%, onze pisos de 2,1% a 5,0% e dois acima de 5,0%. Considerando o ICV-Dieese, todas as categorias tiveram, também, ganhos reais. Os principais temas tratados nas negociações concluídas foram: abono, greve, condições de trabalho, piso salarial, reajuste salarial, PLR e benefícios.
