APEOESP cobra esclarecimentos sobre ensino médio a distância
Nesta terça-feira, 28 de outubro, a Diretoria da APEOESP reuniu-se com o presidente do Conselho Estadual da Educação (C.E.E.), Arthur Fonseca Filho, para cobrar explicações sobre a determinação, homologada pela Secretaria da Educação, em relação à reserva de até 20% da carga horária das escolas do ensino médio para o ensino a distância. Durante a reunião, a APEOESP elencou todos os problemas que a determinação causará à qualidade deste nível de ensino.
Também informou que a proposta do CEE contraria o artigo 24 da LDB, em relação à carga horária das unidades escolares. O presidente afirmou que a proposta do C.E.E. não tinha o objetivo de determinar ensino a distância e que também não pretende desconsiderar a carga horária prevista na LDB (800 horas e 200 dias letivos).
Afirmou também que encaminhará nova Indicação alterando a terminologia utilizada. Segundo o presidente, a proposta é que as escolas teriam a opção de utilizar até 20% da carga horária com metodologias semipresenciais complementares ao processo educacional com objetivos acadêmicos.
