Sinpro/SP: Justiça condena FASP por demissões irregulares
Os professores da FASP conseguiram uma importante vitória na Justiça. O Tribunal Regional do Trabalho condenou a faculdade pela demissão, por justa causa, dos docentes em greve no ano passado que protestavam contra as irregularidades cometidas pela instituição. Tais demissões foram consideradas irregulares.
Como as atividades na FASP estão suspensas, a sentença determinou a imediata rescisão do contrato de trabalho dos professores, garantindo a eles todos os direitos trabalhistas: pagamento dos salários, aviso prévio, 13º salário, férias proporcionais acrescidas do terço constitucional, FGTS em atraso e multa dos 40%. Além disso, a faculdade deverá entregar as guias referentes ao depósito do fundo de garantia e seguro-desemprego.
Em março de 2007, os professores da FASP decidiram entrar em greve devido ao não-pagamento de salários, não-depósito do FGTS, problemas com o INSS e a Receita Federal, entre outras irregularidades. No final do primeiro semestre, a faculdade fechou as portas sem dar qualquer satisfação.
