Sinpro/RS: professores da Ulbra paralisam atividades por tempo indeterminado
Em Assembléia Geral Extraordinária, realizada em Canoas no início da noite desta segunda-feira, 10/11, os professores da Ulbra decidiram pela paralisação imediata das atividades por tempo indeterminado. Na próxima quinta-feira será realizada outra assembléia para avaliar o movimento. Além dos salários de setembro e outubro e da primeira parcela do 13º salário, que não foram pagos, os professores reivindicam uma mudança na postura de desrespeito dos dirigentes da instituição e maior transparência em relação ao corpo docente.
A assembléia, convocada pelo Sindicato dos Professores do Rio Grande do Sul ( Sinpro/RS), reuniu cerca de 200 professores da Ulbra no Canoas Parque Hotel e foi marcada por relatos sobre pressões e intimidações de gestores da universidade ao longo do dia, assim como das imensas dificuldades financeiras sofridas pela falta de pagamento dos salários.
Os professores decidiram também que a sede estadual do Sinpro/RS, em Porto Alegre (Avenida João Pessoa, 919) será o ponto de encontro durante a mobilização. Nesta terça-feira, será divulgada uma carta aberta aos alunos e comunidade gaúcha sobre a decisão da paralisação.
DECISÃO JUDICIAL – A última decisão da Justiça de Trabalho de Canoas concedeu, na sexta-feira, 7 de novembro, o prazo de 24 horas para a instituição pagar o salário de outubro e determinou o bloqueio de contas da Universidade para que os recursos sejam destinados a folha de pagamento e ainda a indisponibilidade de todos os veículos da Ulbra.
