Troca de Experiências sobre convenção coletiva é o foco do curso da Feteesul
No dia 22 de novembro foi realizado o IV Módulo do Curso de formação para dirigentes sindicais, organizado pelo Secretário de Comunicação e Formação da Feteesul, Olmir Luiz Paludo e demais diretores da entidade.
O tema foi Convenção Coletiva. Os 27 participantes – dirigentes dos sindicatos filiados à federação – discutiram e trocaram experiências, principalmente, em relação às diferenças nas cláusulas da convenção coletiva da categoria dos técnicos auxiliares em administração escolar e professores.
Na parte da manhã, a convidada do módulo foi a Técnica do Dieese, Ecléia Conforto, que falou sobre a negociação coletiva no setor da educação. O Coordenador da Feteesul e Diretor do Sinpro/RS, Cássio Bessa, e o Diretor da Feteesul e do SINTAE-RS, José Roberto Torres Machado, também foram os convidados para falar sobre as convenções de cada sindicato. Os participantes do curso apresentaram suas idéias e tornaram o IV Módulo muito produtivo.
Na parte da tarde, o Coordenador do Curso e Consultor Sindical, João Marcelo Pereira dos Santos pediu que todos fizessem uma avaliação dos principais aprendizados. Logo após, todos participaram de uma confraternização.
