Em nota divulgada nessa segunda-feira (16/2), A Fundac (mantenedora do Uni-BH) e o Anima faltaram com a verdade ao dizer que a proposta feita pelo grupo educacional para regularizar as pendências salariais foi previamente apresentada em duas oportunidades ao Sinpro Minas.
Essa proposta, que prevê a quitação do 13º salário e das férias em três parcelas até o dia 20 de abril, foi protocolada no sindicato somente nesta terça-feira (17/2), às 15h40. Em função disso, não havia como discutir em assembleia algo que, até então, não possuía concretude. Vale lembrar que, caso fosse protocolada anteriormente, certamente não seria aceita pela categoria, uma vez que, na assembleia do dia 11/2, os professores rejeitaram proposta semelhante feita pelo grupo, que previa o pagamento dos atrasados também em três parcelas, porém até o mês de maio.
Além disso, a proposta divulgada pela nota não prevê nada acerca da regularização do passivo trabalhista e da garantia de empregos, entre outras reivindicações dos docentes. Também é importante ressaltar que, na assembleia que decidiu pela greve, realizada nessa segunda-feira (16/2), de forma aberta, ampla e democrática, havia representantes da Fundac/Uni-BH, e, em nenhum momento, eles se pronunciaram a respeito de tal proposta.
Também não é verdade que a greve foi decidida "sem a observância dos requisitos legais e comunicado prévio". No dia 12/2, o Sinpro Minas protocolou na Fundac um documento, no qual comunica à Fundação o resultado da assembleia do dia anterior, que deliberou por uma nova assembleia no dia 16 de fevereiro, com paralisação das aulas e indicativo de greve. Portanto, o comunicado prévio foi feito com a devida antecedência, diferentemente do que diz a nota da Fundac.
Ao faltar com a verdade, tal nota não favorece a busca de soluções e serve somente para embaralhar os fatos reais da situação e confundir a opinião daqueles que exigem uma posição precisa por parte da direção da instituição de ensino.
O que os professores querem e exigem, no momento, é o compromisso com a regularização imediata das pendências trabalhistas e com a transparência das informações, o que até a presente data não foi expresso pelas partes envolvidas no processo de venda do Uni-BH.
