Em assembleia na quarta (18/02), os professores e auxiliares de administração escolar da Unincor decidiram pela continuidade da greve, que já atinge 75% das atividades das três unidades (Betim, BH e Ibirité). Os professores definiram também uma proposta de acordo que será protocolada, nesta quinta (19/02), no Ministério Público do Trabalho e na universidade.
Para voltar às aulas, os professores reivindicam o pagamento imediato de uma folha de salários; a apresentação de um cronograma para pagamento dos atrasados, com multa de 10%, até maio de 2009; o pagamento do salário de fevereiro até o 5º dia útil de março e dos próximos vencimentos até o 5º dia útil dos meses subsequentes, respeitando a legislação; e o pagamento dos dias parados com compromisso de reposição das aulas.
Sem receber o salário de dezembro integral, o 13º, as férias e o 1/3 constitucional, os trabalhadores da instituição de ensino estão em greve desde o dia 9 de fevereiro. A decisão foi tomada diante das dificuldades de negociação com a escola.
Até o momento, a única proposta apresentada pela universidade, e rejeitada pela assembleia do dia 31 de janeiro, previa o pagamento parcelado da dívida até o mês de outubro. Depois disso, o único depósito feito pela escola foi de R$ 670,00, no dia 16/02, valor que não resolve o problema dos professores e funcionários.
Nova assembléia para avaliar o movimento será realizada na terça (03/03), no Auditório do Sindicato dos Metalúrgicos de BH e Contagem. É imprescindível o comparecimento massivo dos professores nessa assembleia para definir os rumos do movimento grevista.
