O Sindicato dos Trabalhadores nos Estabelecimentos de Ensino de Pernambuco-SINTEEPE informa sobre o andamento das negociações da campanha salarial 2009/2010.
Nas últimas reuniões realizadas com a reitoria da UNICAP não tivemos nenhuma proposta satisfatória para a categoria e que estimulasse a comissão de negociação a defender um acordo. O que escutamos é apenas a reitoria lamentar sobre a situação financeira que a católica vem passando diante do pressente quadro de instabilidade (crise) instalada no Brasil e no mundo.
E por conta eles propõem a seus “colaboradores”, como somos chamados, um percentual de reajuste de 5,5% (cinco vírgula cinco) por cento. Mas vale lembrar a todos que 5,5% NÃO É REAJUSTE salarial e sim parte das perdas salariais dos últimos doze meses, considerando o período de março/2008 a fevereiro/2009. As perdas nesse período equivalem a 6,25% (seis vírgula vinte e cinco) por cento. Portanto, reajuste salarial compreende-se a todo aquele percentual que venha a ser acima da inflação e a proposta da católica sequer repõe o acumulado.
Eles querem que agente pague mais uma vez a conta que fizeram pela má administração. Estamos cansados! E não vamos pagar mais NADA.
Nossa reivindicação é de 1,25% (um vírgula vinte e cinco) por cento de reajuste salarial. Nossa organização valerá para vencer essa batalha contra os empresários da educação. É importante destacar que nunca em tanto tempo as Instituições de Ensino Superior privado IES cresceram tanto, de 1995 até 2004, conforme gráfico.
Estamos em ESTADO DE GREVE, e vamos lutar até o fim. Esperamos que a reitoria da UNICAP, que se apresenta como uma instituição comunitária cumpre um papel em pró a cidadania, deveria, sim, olhar o outro lado da “moeda” que tem tanto valor quanto as cifras, que são seus empregados. Vamos esperar uma nova proposta da reitoria para que não possamos chegar a um estágio de greve.
Não fique na sombra, fortaleça essa luta que é de todos(as), é a nossa sobrevivência e seremos dignos de fazer valer nosso valor.
