Em decisão proferida na última sexta-feira, a Justiça do Trabalho de Canoas indeferiu pedido da Celsp/Ulbra para que fosse sustada a execução do Acordo Judicial firmado no dia 04/03, com o Sinpro/RS, para regularização dos salários atrasados, e descumprido pela instituição no dia 05/03.
Em razão do decurso do prazo de 24 horas após a citação para pagamento da execução e pelo fato de não terem sido oferecidos bens a penhora, o juiz da 3ª Vara do Trabalho de Canoas, Luiz Fernando Henzel, determinou a penhora de seis imóveis localizados em Canoas, alcançados pelo Juízo Federal, e avaliados em seu conjunto no montante de R$ 49,4 milhões para pagamento da dívida com os professores, que totaliza R$ 26.226.516,01.
