Os professores que atuam em escolas exclusivamente de educação infantil aprovaram por unanimidade, na manhã deste sábado, 25 de abril, em assembléia no Sinpro/RS, a pauta de reivindicações para a negociação coletiva 2009 da categoria com Sindicato Patronal (Sindicreches). Os professores reivindicam:

- Reposição salarial de acordo com a inflação (INPC) dos últimos 12 meses, que deve fechar em cerca de 6%. O valor ainda é uma previsão pois o mesmo fechará apenas no mês de maio.
- Calendário de férias – em função das escolinhas de educação infantil não terem recesso, fixar na convenção coletiva uma cláusula que regularize as férias dos professores para julho, janeiro e fevereiro, meses de menor movimento em função das férias de pais e alunos.
- Plano de Saúde – que o estabelecimento de ensino tenha uma participação de 50% do valor plano básico de saúde oferecido pelo Sinpro/RS.
- Dia do Professor – o feriado do dia do professor será gozado no dia 13 de outubro.
- Trabalho extra classe – que o professor possa dedicar 20% da carga horária contratada ao trabalho extra classe de elaboração de provas e trabalhos.

“Estamos otimistas em relação a negociação deste ano. A crescente participação dos professores na assembléia mostra o empenho e união da categoria por melhores condições de trabalho”, afirma João Luiz Steinbach, Diretor do Sinpro/RS.

A primeira rodada de negociação entre Sinpro/RS e Sindicreches será nesta quinta-feira, 30 de abril, às 9h, em local a ser definido.
