Em reunião realizada na tarde de hoje no Ministério Público do Trabalho (veja ata), a Universidade Ibirapuera mostrou total desrespeito pelo trabalho dos professores, afirmando que só poderia regularizar o pagamento dos salários a partir de agosto. Quanto aos professores demitidos, promessas e mais promessas, sem qualquer resultado efetivo. Com isso, o novo mantenedor, Sr. José Campos Andrade, descumpriu o acordo que ele mesmo fez. Aos professores não resta alternativa: decretam greve a partir da próxima segunda-feira, 1º de junho.

O prazo para o início da paralisação é necessário em respeito à lei que estabelece o rito de greve, ou seja, o empregador deve ser comunicado 48 horas antes do início. O SINPRO-SP já encaminhou ofício à universidade. A greve, em caso de descumprimento do acordo, foi deliberada em assembleia.

Não demorou muito para o novo mantenedor da UNIB mostrar sua forma de trabalho. Uma rápida pesquisa no Ministério Público do Trabalho da região de Curitiba, região onde ele tem outras instituições de ensino, mostra que respeito pelo trabalho docente não é mesmo o seu forte. Cabe agora aos professores muito empenho e mobilização. A adesão maciça da categoria à greve fará toda a diferença na luta pelo respeito de nossos direitos. O Sr. Andrade precisa conhecer o tamanho da força dos professores. Juntos, chegaremos lá!
