Diante da decisão desta sexta-feira (31) de prorrogar para o dia 10 de agosto o início das aulas na rede pública de ensino e da recomendação de adiamento do início do semestre letivo na rede privada, em função da gripe suína, o Sinpro Minas esclarece aos professores da rede privada que:
- A instituição de ensino privada que aderir ao adiamento do início das aulas deverá pagar a remuneração de agosto integralmente;
- Os casos de reposição de aula que estiverem em desacordo com o que estabelece a Convenção Coletiva de Trabalho (como reposição aos sábados e em períodos de recesso escolar) serão considerados como hora-extra;
- Não houve nenhum acordo coletivo entre o Sinpro Minas e os sindicatos patronais para o adiamento do início do semestre letivo.
O Sinpro Minas acredita que a medida é ineficaz e a prorrogação das aulas em uma semana não será suficiente para dissipar o problema. O sindicato avalia que a situação deve ser enfrentada sem alarmismo e com informação.
Alerta, ainda, que as escolas que aderirem ao adiamento do início do semestre letivo devem arcar com as consequências do ponto de vista trabalhista, caso haja descumprimento dos direitos da categoria.
