Comunicado conjunto divulgado pela Federação dos Professores (FEPESP) - entidade a qual o SINPRO-SP é filiada - e pelo sindicato patronal (Sieeesp) orienta as escolas de educação básica para o pagamento da Participação nos Lucros ou Resultados ou abono especial, como estabelece a convenção coletiva de trabalho.

As escolas têm até o próximo dia 15 para pagar 24% de PLR a todos os professores contratados, inclusive os que estiverem em licença remunerada, gestante ou médica.

O percentual dever ser calculado sobre o salário mensal bruto do mês de referência que o pagamento ocorrer.
