Até o último dia 22 a UNIP-Sorocaba havia pago apenas 30% do salário referente ao mês de agosto. Diversas denúncias, afirmam que esse não é um caso isolado, e que essa situação já ocorreu no início do primeiro semestre deste ano.

O Departamento Pessoal de Sorocaba diz que a responsabilidade é de São Paulo, já em São Paulo informam que foi problema no sistema. A Convenção Coletiva de Trabalho prevê na cláusula 16 que os salários devam ser pagos, no máximo, até o quinto dia útil do mês subsequente.

A UNIP, mediante pressão do SINPRO, efetuou o pagamento no último dia 23. O SINPRO manter-se-á atento e não mais irá aceitar esta conduta que se repete todos os anos.

A  FEPESP (Federação dos Professores do Estado de São Paulo) encaminhará um pedido de foro para discussão do tema.
