Notícias da FEPESP: Preparando 2010
A data base dos professores é 1º de março, mas o trabalho começa bem antes. Em novembro, dois compromissos importantes marcarão o início da Campanha Salarial 2010.
No dia 05, a FEPESP e os SINPROs participarão do Seminário Nacional sobre Saúde do Trabalhador e Campanha Salarial, promovido pela Confederação Nacional dos Trabalhadores em Educação (CONTEE). O evento, que contará com a participação do DIEESE, reunirá representantes dos trabalhadores em educação de todo o país.
No final de novembro, a partir do dia 23, todos os SINPROs realizarão assembléias com os professores para definir a pauta de reivindicações que será encaminhada aos patrões.
Uma campanha salarial depende, pelo menos, de dois requisitos: planejamento e capacidade de organização política da categoria. É para isso que os SINPROs e a FEPESP estão trabalhando.
Olhar 2009, preparar 2010
Olhar os movimentos de outros trabalhadores contribui para definir as estratégias de luta dos professores.
Em setembro, os bancários foram à luta e fizeram greve por 15 dias (28, na CEF). Conquistaram 6% de reajuste (1,5% de aumento real e 4,4% de reposição da inflação), mais uma robusta participação nos lucros.
As negociações da Federação Metalúrgica da CUT, no segmento com data base em setembro, resultaram em reajustes de 6,53% (2% de aumento real e 4,4% de reposição inflacionária).
Metalúrgicos com data base em novembro prosseguem em campanha. Na falta de um acordo geral com as entidades patronais, os 52 sindicatos ligados à Força Sindical têm conseguido firmar acordos por empresas. Na cidade de São Paulo, por exemplo, foram assinados 32 acordos, com NIreajuste médio de 7%.
Levantamento do DIEESE aponta que entre as 245 categorias com data base até junho, 46,5% tiveram os salários reajustados em até 1% acima da inflação (INPC-IBGE) e 18,4%, receberam entre 1,01% e 2% de aumento real. Os professores da rede privada em São Paulo fazem parte desse segundo grupo, exceto os do SESI e do SENAI, cujo reajuste superou a casa dos 2%.
A melhoria dos indicadores econômicos ajuda a alavancar a luta dos trabalhadores? É claro que sim, mas só isso não basta. Que ninguém se engane: toda conquista depende, isso sim, de muita luta!
