Os professores da rede privada do estado de São Paulo querem ser remunerados pelo trabalho extra realizado pela internet. Para a diretora da Federação dos Professores do Estado de São Paulo (Fepesp), Silvia Barbara, a nova rotina virtual, que inclui o uso de redes sociais como twitter e orkut e até mesmo a manutenção de blogs de professores, tem se tornado cada vez mais comum nas escolas particulares.

"Nós reconhecemos a importância da tecnologia e os professores têm feito das tripas coração para se adaptar a esta nova realidade. Porém, queremos ser remunerados para isso", afirmou.

Segundo ela, os professores não veem problemas em fazer estas atividades virtuais pois seus alunos já nasceram na era digital. "Ter computador, internet banda larga em casa tem um custo. Quem paga por ele? O professor. E quem está pagando a mais por isso? Ninguém", pontuou.

Os professores, que tiveram sua carga de trabalho aumentada por causa das novas ferramentas de ensino, dizem se sentir estressados com o volume extra de atividades. Para Anderson, professor de um colégio de classe média alta de São Paulo, o atendimento online que a escola em que leciona presta toma seu tempo quando está em casa. "Tenho que responder dúvidas dos alunos pela internet fora da sala de aula."

Anderson disse que não é obrigado a desenvolver tal atividade, mas a recusa em fazer o trabalho pode ameaçar seu emprego. "Eles usam isso como critério de avaliação. A direção, no final do ano, irá questionar quantos atendimentos online o professor fez. Se você fez poucos ou nenhum, seu contrato pode não ser renovado."

O professor explicou ainda que, além da aula virtual, ele e seus colegas também têm que passar notas e faltas - anotadas manualmente em sala - para um programa que só funciona na escola. "No ano passado, demitiram as secretárias que faziam isso. Hoje, nós temos que fazer todo o trabalho - o delas e o nosso", criticou.
