O SINPRO/ES convocou os professores do Colégio Americano/Ibev para analisar a proposta de acordo de pagamento de atrasos, apresentada pela instituição. No dia 09 de fevereiro, em assembleia realizada no auditório do SINPRO/ES, os presentes aprovaram por unanimidade as bases do acordo. Os pagamentos em atraso serão quitados, portanto, nas datas estabelecidas no quadro abaixo.

O Sindicato dos Professores acata a decisão soberana da assembleia e acompanhará o cumprimento das datas estabelecidas neste acordo.

Segundo informações expostas na reunião entre SINPRO, SAAE e representantes do Ibev, a nova administração da escola apresentou uma proposta viável dentre de suas atuais possibilidades financeiras a fim de sanear a dívida trabalhista com auxiliares de administração escolar e professores da instituição, garantir a continuidade da empresa e manter o emprego dos trabalhadores do Colégio Americano/Ibev.

Proposta de acordo para pagamento de atrasos

Como resultado da reunião de início de ano letivo realizada dia 01/02/2010 às 9h na Unidade Vitória do Ibev, foi apresentada a seguinte proposta aos funcionários:

1) O salário de janeiro/2010 e as férias gozadas em janeiro/2010 serão pagos até o dia 15/02/2010;
2) Tíquete com vencimento em 15/02/2010, pagamento dia 22/02/2010;
3) 2ª parcela 13º/2009 parcelado em quatro vezes iguais, dias 20/02/2010, 20/03/2010, 20/04/2010 e 20/05/2010;
4) Tíquetes vencidos em 15/12/2009 e 15/01/2010 em quatro vezes obedecendo ao seguinte critério: funcionários da limpeza receberão dois tíquetes (um atual e um em atraso) em 22/02/2010 e 22/03/2010; demais funcionários receberão dois tíquetes (um atual e um atrasado) em 22/04/2010 e 22/05/2010.
