Os professores do Colégio Pio XII, que ministraram aulas na Instituição entre 1º de fevereiro de 1999 e 28 de fevereiro de 2002 receberão entre os dias 15 e 31 de março, os valores relativos às diferenças salariais pagas a título de reunião semanal pela escola como hora simples. A vitória dos professores foi fruto de uma ação coletiva impetrada pelo Sinpro Campinas em 2002 e beneficia 46 docentes que tinham vínculo com o Pio XII  naquela época.

“Os professores estão recebendo uma carta do Sindicato informando que o crédito poderá ser feito diretamente em conta corrente. Todos os que trabalharam naquele período têm direito, mesmo quem se aposentou. Caso algum dos professores tenha falecido os dependentes legais poderão receber os créditos”, explicou a diretora do Departamento Jurídico do Sinpro, Marilda Aparecida Ribeiro Lemos.

Na ação os professores ganharam além das diferenças salariais das reuniões pagas como hora extra, reflexos sobre o 13º salário de todos os anos do período, férias e abono de 1/3, e sobre o FGTS recolhido. Maiores informações poderão ser obtidas pelo telefone do Sinpro (19) 3256-5022.
