O Sindicato dos Trabalhadores em Instituições de Ensino Particular e Fundações Educacionais do Norte do Estado de Santa Catarina - SINPRONORTE reúne trabalhadores para discutir os rumos da Negociação Coletiva, visto que o Sindicato Patronal (SINEPE) não entrou em negociação.
Devido a esse fato é que se faz necessário a discussão a respeito de dissídio!

IMPASSES DA NEGOCIAÇÃO:

1 - REAJUSTE SALARIAL - 9,8% (Escolas só ofereceram 5%);
2 - PISO ESTADUAL - R$ 679,00 para os administrativos (Já sinalizado positivamente pelas escolas);
3 - PISO NACIONAL DOS PROFESSORES 40H - R$ 1.024,67 (Negado pelas escolas);
4 - PERÍODO DE ESTABILIDADE - 36 meses antes da aposentadoria (Escolas propõem apenas 24 meses);
5 - RECESSO ESCOLAR - De 31/12 a 02/01 para os administrativos (Negado pelas escolas);
6 - COMPENSAÇÃO E BANCO DE HORAS - Proposto pelas escolas (Não aceitamos);
7 - BOLSA DE ESTUDO - Manutenção e controle da distribuição de bolsas pelo Sinpronorte (Escolas reivindicam o controle);
8 - REDUÇÃO DA JORNADA SEMANAL DE TRABALHO PARA 40 HORAS - (Negado pelas escolas);
9 - ADICIONAL DA HORA ATIVIDADE DE 25% PARA OS PROFESSORES - (Negado pelas escolas).
