Sem receber os salários de dezembro de 2009 a março de 2010, os professores do Instituto Pestalozzi, em Canoas, declararam estado de greve nesta quinta-feira, após reunião na sede do Sinpro/RS no município.

A mobilização será mantida até o dia 5 de maio, quando será realizada uma assembleia. Caso a instituição não apresente uma proposta para regularizar os salários até essa data, a categoria poderá paralisar as atividades por tempo indeterminado. Além dos vencimentos de dezembro a março, os professores reivindicam o pagamento do salário de férias.

De acordo com o diretor do Sinpro/RS, Celso Stefanoski, os atrasos salariais no Pestalozzi vêm ocorrendo de forma sistemática nos últimos anos. “O Sinpro/RS ajuizou uma ação coletiva em nome dos professores para cobrar os salários e as multas correspondentes”.
