A Campanha Salarial /2010 encerra um feito histórico para os professores do SESI e SENAI. Pelo sétimo ano consecutivo, os salários tiveram aumento real.

O reajuste de 6,5%, em março de 2010, representa um ganho acima da inflação foi de 1,65% (mais de 25% da inflação acumulada nos últimos doze meses medida pelo INPC-IBGE, índice adotado nas negociações com o SESI e o SENAI).

Qualquer que seja o indicador adotado, os ganhos reais são incontestáveis

Todos esses números consolidam o compromisso assumido pelos SINPROs e pela FEPESP de lutar pela elevação do poder de compra.

Desde o início, a proposta era definir uma política que aumentasse os salários em termos reais, diminuindo a defasagem em relação à média salarial dos demais professores.

Esse projeto ainda não está concluído, apesar dos ganhos evidentes. De todos os segmentos da categoria, os professores do SESI e do SENAI foram os que conquistaram os maiores índices.

Essa luta não abre espaço para acomodação. Ao contrário, é ela que nos dá a consciência de que é preciso continuar batalhando pela melhoria dos salários e, principalmente, das condições de trabalho.
